He specializes in hospital operations, strategic growth, financial stewardship, and quality improvement, leading hospital turnarounds, business expansions, and performance optimization.
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and CPHQ-certified professional, he advises hospitals, investors, and policymakers on value-based healthcare and sustainable growth. Dr. Walid holds an MSc and MBA from the Swiss Business School and teaches at AUC’s School of Business.

Dino Giangregorio is an expert in safety management, energy efficiency, and environmental certification with over 30 years of experience. He has worked on major industrial projects, conducting energy audits, implementing renewable energy solutions, and securing ISO 14001 and EMAS certifications for various companies.
His expertise spans HSE compliance, photovoltaic and wind energy projects, and regulatory approvals for large-scale energy initiatives. Fluent in English and French, He is a skilled consultant, trainer, and strategist in sustainability and industrial energy management.
